Free measure and survey

At an agreed time we will measure your windows, discuss how we will affix your blinds and answer any concerns you may have.

Price and Samples

Once we taken the measurements and you have chosen your blinds from the vast assortment of samples we bring to you we can give you a total price, the rest is your decision.

Delivery and Free Fitting

When you place your order we ask for a deposit which can be paid by card, cash, BACS or PAYPAL. We will then order your blinds from the best manufacturer for your chosen blinds. Expected delivery time can be 7 to 21 days depending on the time of year, but we will keep you updated, although we do offer an express delivery on some products. Once the blinds have arrived we will contact you to arrange fitting.

Satisfaction and Payment

On the day of fitting we give you a time slot so you dont have to wait in all day. Once fitted and the fitter has talked you through operating instructions and you are 100% happy we request the final payment, remove all of the rubbish and your old blinds (we recycle them). Dont forget all of our blinds come with a 2 year warranty.

Terms and Conditions

Refund policy

Our work is always customer specific and made-to-specification and materials and hours spent cannot be reused once the manufacturing process has begun. For this reason we cannot refund your deposit payment if we already started working on your items.

If we haven't started working on your items, you can cancel your order by emailing to us and we will refund 100% of your payment if the manufacturing process has not been started..

We do not share your information. The data we hold about you is only used by us to provide our services to you.
